Upon arrival at the Gaming Point venue, all guests must be checked in by a member of Gaming Point staff.

Age Restrictions
- Players under the age of 12 must not be left in the Gaming Point venue without the supervision of a parent or guardian.
- You will only be allowed to access age-appropriate content in the Gaming Point venue.
(Gaming Point reserves the right to request proof of age which can only be one of the following: Driving Licence, Passport or local authority proof of age card).
The age restrictions for each experience are as follows:
- F1 Racing Simulator: 12 years and over.
- Nintendo Switch: 3 years and over.
- Gaming PCs: 6 years and over.
- VR Arcade/Escape Rooms: 12 years and over – Players under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying and playing responsible adult.
Responsibilities
On entering the venue, you will ensure all members of your party group:
- Will not play age restricted content that is inappropriate to their age.
- Will not show age restricted content to other users which is inappropriate to their age.
- Will not access any control settings on the gaming equipment without the express consent of the Gaming Point staff, including but not limited to technical settings, internet access and upload/download of data and files.
- Will report any improper use or damage to Gaming Point property, whether deliberate or accidental, immediately to a Gaming Point member of staff.
- Will inform us of any medical conditions or allergies including light sensitive epilepsy.
Arriving Late or Leaving Early
- You must arrive at Gaming Point within the first 5 minutes of your slot if you have booked a 30 minute slot, or within the first 15 minutes if your booking is for between 1 and 2 hours. If you arrive outside of this time period, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and make the experiences available to other users. You will not be entitled to a refund should this occur. If you arrive late, still wish to use an experience and the experiences are still available, you will have to make another booking and pay the relevant fees for booking of the experience.
- If you inform us that you wish to stop using an experience before your booked time is over, or if we have reasonable cause to believe that you have stopped using the experience and do not intend to return, we reserve the right to make the experiences available for other users to book. Should this occur, you will not be able to return to re-use the experience without paying an additional fee. You will not be entitled to a refund for any outstanding time left in your booking when you stop using the experience(s).
Cancelations - Once you have booked a slot at Gaming Point, you cannot choose to cancel that booking and the fee paid is non-refundable.
- Gaming Point reserves the right to cancel any Booking at a Belong Arena for any reason and will try to give you as much notice as possible in the event that it needs to do so. Should Gaming Point cancel your booking, we will give you a refund back via the same payment methods you used to pay for the booking.
Food and Drink
- You are not permitted to bring or consume food and drink in the Gaming Point venue.
Gaming Point’s Rights
- Gaming Point may refuse access and provide a full or pro-rata partial refund if you do not comply with these Terms of Use or where after reasonable warning your behaviour represents a danger to customers, staff or equipment – this refund represents the only compensation provided.
- Gaming Point may restrict the availability of certain age related content where it is not practical to avoid exposure to other arena users or retail customers.
- Gaming Point reserves the right to require you to stop playing any content that you access from your own Steam, Xbox Live or PSN account within the Gaming Point venue if we believe it to be inappropriate to your age, but accepts no responsibility for the availability of such content.
- The different types of usage of the Gaming Point venue are as follows: Private Hire; Pay to play.
- Gaming Point reserves the right to withdraw or restrict the available types of usage within the Gaming Point venue at any time or close the Gaming Point venue without notice in its absolute discretion.
- Persons who cause any damage to Gaming Point or third-party property, and/or gaming equipment, whether deliberate or accidental, will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement of the items.
- We reserve the right to eject any persons from the Gaming Point venue who: use explicit language; improperly use items and components in Gaming Point; are aggressive or abusive in any way to other users or Gaming Point staff.
Miscellaneous
- We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Gaming Point booking system, or online services accessed at the Gaming Point venue.
- No one other than the person making the booking and Gaming Point has any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or any equivalent legislation in any jurisdiction, or otherwise, to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
- We do not exclude or limit in any way its liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or the negligence of its employees, agents or subcontractors OR for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example, if you discussed it with us during the sales process.
- These Terms and Conditions are subject to and shall be interpreted under English Law.
- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by publishing the revised terms on our website. Any bookings made after the point at which the new terms and conditions are published will be bound by the revised terms and conditions.
